"Let us start with the conclusion: Kevin James Landscape (KJL) did an AMAZING job. We HIGHLY recommend them. Our property needed a complete makeover due to aging, original landscaping and water intrusion in the crawlspace. KJL developed a beautiful plan for our yard. They thoroughly removed the old landscaping, including properly finishing the tree stump removal that a nationally-known firm left incomplete and concealed. KJL expertly regraded our property for good drainage and flow. They diligently solved water issues on the turf and from AC drains. KJL created big, beautiful flower beds, enriched with lots of new soil that they brought in. They also used timbers and stones to make attractive enclosures for our AC condensers and utilities. KJL is deeply experienced. Their crews were exceptional in that they NEVER cut corners. All work was done thoroughly with detail and quality. "What can I say that 5 stars can't? I had been looking for a landscaper for a home that I purchased with a badly neglected front lawn (I use the word "lawn" very loosely, as by this point it was a collection of weeds with a blade of grass here and there). I wanted to remove the grass and put a mix of flowers, edible plants, and black mulch. I interviewed about 5 landscapers all who seemed very capable. I chose Jeff because he was personable and obviously very passionate about what he does.. Jeff and Dave were super easy to work with. I had a few plants that I liked and they were able to tell me what would work best and why. They paired the plants on my list with other plants that really made everything pop visually when placed together. In the end, they designed a beautiful space that I couldn't have imagined myself. All while keeping to my requirements of having a low-maintenance and drought resistant yard. They installed sod in my barren yard-new build. Looks amazing. All the grass caught and we have a lush carpet yard. I now have a beautiful space that has flowers and plenty of edible additions. I sometimes catch myself staring out the window just admiring the landscaping. My neighbors all love it as well. I definitely recommend Jeff and team"

We had 828 remove existing & damaged fencing, level the yard, build a retaining wall with steps & lighting with timers, pour a large concrete pad & a walkway to a fire pit pad, correct drainage with drains & a river rock bed, fix existing safety lighting, plant 7’ trees +. "Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Clean, professional, courteous, and most of all, did the job the right way the first time. They installed 2 ceiling fans, 1 foyer light (25 foot ceilings), 1 light in the MBR, 1 light in the MBA, and fixed an install of another ceiling fan in a guest room. They even fixed an electrical box that was installed incorrectly in our foyer (which could have made for a bad accident). Whenever we need electric work they are going to be our first and only call."
