A bit of background: I had called three other tree companies for a fairly small job, including two large, well known ones. When the second did finally did (after changing the time AGAIN and then still being an hour and a half later than expected), the quote was high, and the contractor got into an unsolicited political rant. Needless to say, he was off the list. I remembered I had received a card in my mailbox from Torres Tree Service. I sent a message, got an almost immediate response, and Jovanny showed up that same afternoon - at exactly the time we agreed upon. We went over the job, and he even offered to begin that evening! We instead agreed that he would come the next morning at 7:30 beforeI had to leave for work. Again, he was spot on time, had a smile on his face and a great attitude. When I got home at 4:30, he was finishing the clean up (including hauling all the debris away). By around 6:30 that evening, he was completely finished. The work was done exactly to spec, and he cleaned the area immaculately, leaving barely a leaf on the ground! This included clearing a lot of thorns and brush, which one of the other companies didn't want to touch without charging an additional 1500.00. Both he and Mrs. Perez made certain that the final outcome looked great. They removed all the cuttings and left the job site looking perfect. We will always call them for future tree projects.
