"Outstanding service from start to finish. The technicians were phenomenal and took care of every detail, from removing our old unit to installing the new tankless water heater. The job required custom retrofitting and running new piping to make sure the unit fit properly, and the crew handled it all seamlessly. Clean, efficient, and top-tier craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them."

"The contractors were courteous and thorough. They purchased the materials and repaired the concrete and the wooden garage door frame. They also repaired my garage door which was not in our agreement. I would like to pay them for repairing it. I would recommend this company and would like to hire them in the future. Thank you for the recommendation."

"The two gentlemen from Junk Relief were prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. They were able to remove a queen size bedroom suite from a tight area without doing any damage to walls or doorframes. I would definitely use them again."

"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. I highly recommend Lincoln Sewer and Drainage, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future."

"We were very happy with their services.  They came out and did an estimate and showed up to do the job on time and completed it in less time that estimated and removed the debris from the crawl for us too."

"Pryor Construction was previously owned by a neighbor of ours, and following a competitive bidding process in 2006, we contracted with them for nearly $300,000 of work on a major kitchen and bath renovation for the back portion of our 100 year old home. In general, their work was excellent, and together with the oversight of our architect, the addition integrated nicely with the original century old woodwork. Although like any major project there were points of disagreement as to the results of his work, we were ultimately able to reach reasonable accommodations for remediations. That is until a few years ago when we noticed cracks in the bottom concrete step off of our back porch, which they constructed. While this is the newest concrete installation it was unlike anything we experienced with any of the other concrete installed at this house which we have owned for over twenty-five years. We patched it and hoped that would be the end of it. One year later the crack extended across the entire step, both horizontally and vertically. Upon further inspection we realized that the poured concrete step contained clay bricks evidently as a filler, and it is said that their inclusion resulted in the premature failure. We notified Pryor Construction of apparent substandard construction practice, but never heard back from them. Two years later, and the deterioration of the step continued such that we had to undertake a more comprehensive remediation. In the course of demolishing the existing concrete work, we came to realize that the steps did not contain a random brick or two, but clay bricks were an integral part of the concrete work. Full sized bricks were present throughout the concrete, not broken up to even imitate an aggregate, but complete bricks were used in lieu of concrete, which I believe is more expensive than brick. When we presented Pryor Construction with an invoice for the cost of the remediation efforts including over 1,500 pounds of concrete, and related costs of labor and materials for demolition and reconstruction, the prior owner Pete Pryor, denied that his work was substandard and refused to pay our costs. Note that no bricks were part of this extensive renovation, so they had to have been brought in specifically as a filler for the concrete step. It seems that Pete Pryor sold the business several years ago, and is evidently no longer affiliated with the company. The current management of Pryor Construction simply refused to respond to my communications. It may be practical and financially advantageous to obfuscate responsibility for such items as a: an unevenly laid plank floor; or a prematurely rotting section of a porch, in order to negotiate a cost of full remediation. The hiding/substituting of brick for concrete, is simply a fact that is irrefutable. Based upon the opinion of disinterested experts, this is a substandard construction practice, which led to the the premature failure of the concrete step. The fact that Pryor Construction then failed to immediately take responsibility for at best an obvious breakdown in their internal quality control procedures, while continuing to hold himself out as the “ Renovator of choice” who “PROVIDE QUALITY WORKMANSHIP”, is really alarming and and in my opinion is a false claim. Although our architect provided construction management oversight, even the best can miss things in areas where construction practices are presumed to be standard and straightforward. Given the length of time since the work was done and for the deterioration of the steps to become noticeable, I doubt if it is covered by any form warranty, so I can not pursue any additional steps for compensation. My suggestion is that existing and potential clients of Pryor Construction question current management as to what might have happened in this case, so they are well informed of the risks they are undertaking, and the level of oversight which may be required."

"When we bought this house we were planning to renovate the basement.  The previous owner had represented that it had never taken on water.  The first weekend we were here, however, a torrential rainstorm caused the basement to flood.  We realized we needed to waterproof it before we could do anything else, and decided that drain tiling was the safest way to go.
Greg was phenomenally responsive from the start.  He was very clear about what needed to be done and how they would do it.  He also described some optional work but was explicit that it was optional and if it didn't fit within our budget that was that, and he wasn't going to push it the slightest bit.  His quote blew away the bigger, well-known firm and was less than or on a par with some others.  He also agreed to demo the walls for a slight extra charge, which otherwise would have been a huge convenience for us.  Between then and the start of work I emailed him repeatedly with various questions and he responded almost instantly.  When his workers took down the paneling we got the unpleasant news that we had huge cracks in the walls that would need to be tuckpointed and in one area a big chunk of foundation was jutting from the wall.  That section of the foundation would need to be replaced and a support beam installed.  We were more or less at Greg's mercy at this point -- we weren't going to halt work and bring in a series of guys to quote the tuckpointing & repair -- but Greg gave us an estimate of $2,600-$3,000.  We can't know for sure, but suspect that this price was more than fair, and Greg stuck to it even though we think the work turned out to be more than they expected.
The project manager, Jim, was fantastic to work with throughout, very communicative and accomodating, and the crew of five guys or so was extremely friendly and professional.  All in all, A Perfect Crawlspace was a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the results.
