She charged $65 to diagnose the issue, but this was applied back onto the final bill as a credit to the parts and labor. <br /> Crystal was on time, very knowledgeable and didn't mind my hovering while she had the machine apart to determine the problem. She was more than willing to answer my questions. <br /> Again, she was on time and well prepared to get the job done. She was kind to my disabled mother. Although Crystal is petite in stature, she had no problems moving my machines around to get to the top, back and front areas here parts were located. She left the area clean upon her departure.
