"I would highly recommend Harvey and his crew. They are professional, courteous, and punctual. I originally called for the leaks in my bathroom. This revealed the problems with the upstairs bathroom. Harvey gave me options. I chose to have the plumbing replaced and his crew did it magnificently. He installed a new sink, new plumbing for upstairs shower/faucet/drain, tiling, drywall. In my master bathroom, new plumbing, drywall, bathroom exhaust fan and painting. Additionally, I knew I had roof issues but Harvey showed me the extent to which the roof was in disrepair. I did not know I had shingles missing and that there was so much shoddy patchwork done by the previous owner. As a first time homeowner who will live in my house for at least 20 more years, I chose to redo my entire roof (it was last done in 1994). My roof looks amazing now with no exposed wood or damage. The roofing was done in one day. Amazing. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Harvey and his team. I will definitely use them again if I have any more house repairs."

"I purchased a multifamily house with 2 stories. The 2nd floor had 1 inch original hardwood from 1920 that laid on the floor joists so you could hear every footstep downstairs and my tenants almost moved out. I hired Cesar to take on a tedious and technical ceiling soundproofing technique for the apartment using RSCI rubber clips, hat channels, insulation, and making the 1st floor airtight. I was so impressed with how he was able to juggle handling my tenant for 2 weeks, compensating for delayed shipping by driving 3 hours to New York and picking up the materials himself to make sure we meet the deadline, redoing 1 entire room at his loss and not charging me for it because the original technique we tried did not work, and listening and working with me to make sure we didn't miss any details that would cause sound transfer (and this was impressive because I am very detail oriented). My tenants moved in and were very impressed by the finished looked of the new ceilings and crown molding. We saw a sound improvement of about 15 STC in both airborne and impact noise. It cut down sound transfer by 2/3 in the 1st floor apartment. I will be adding rubber underlayment upstairs underneath the new flooring to completely block out the rest of the impact noise that transfers from the floor above to the walls downstairs that support it! I'll be calling Cesar and his crew again."

"These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors.
