It seems like the electrician cost doubled from the first estimate and wall repair after the electrician wasn't included in the initial estimate."

Cleanup is superior, nothing sits in your driveway for weeks and trucks are brought in when the old roof removal is ongoing and hauled away until they are done, for me it was the same day.
