"Mr. Reyes and his son were at my house for 8 hours putting a gazebo together that I had purchased from Wayfair. They only took 1 short break to eat lunch and were back at it until it was complete. They did a fantastic job!! A few other people looked at the task at hand before I hired Mr. Reyes and they thought it was either too difficult or would take too long to complete. The moving company that did the physical part, wasn't JK, and they were hard, polite, and great workers! I reached out and begged JK to help with the major increase (added 65% more to the total...and that was NOT budgeted in whatsoever! After numerous requests for ANY $ help, we were told simply "No." I worked with the physical moving company and they offered to help with some of the expenses...JK, Nope, Nadda, & basically told me TOO D*** BAD! DON'T USE THEM FOR ANY QUOTES!"
