"A 32-year old house was showing its age with decayed exterior window trim and roof facia boards. Further inspection revealed water damage inside the wall in a few places expanding the job to include replacing plywood and siding. All American Construction took it in stride and got all the work done, having to juggle their schedule to meet our needs. All work was done to our complete satisfaction. Clean up of debris was complete with no indication they were even here. Erica was very efficient in supplying new quotes and in handling all paperwork on her laptop and providing us with electronic contracts and receipts. She communicated very well and were on the job within a few days of our first contact. A true family business that hustles! We were so pleased we asked for a quote on another job."

"Gavin was a referral. I considered Gavin a Godsend and had originally given him a positive review. My mistake as he would give us quotes for work and was constantly requesting more money for materials. He would either purchase too much or not enough. He was great in the beginning, showing up early and staying through the day to work, then he started to arrive later and later, if at all. He'd leave to get material or tools that he neglected to bring and wouldn't return for days. I liked Gavin I had trusted him; he's a nice man. I was constantly asking him to pick up after himself as he'd leave his Dunkin coffee cups thrown around the property, It was frustrating picking up after him. We had paid him to install new gutters. He never completed the job. When my husband contacted him about finishing the job, he asked for more money. My husband asked him for an invoice first; Gavin ghosted us. Truly disappointed. But your own materials and pay him AFTER he completes job. "
