"Went great! Work was done for a great price and in a timely manor."

"I needed deck repair and new railings. After my first contractor failed to complete the job and essentially ghosted me for more than a month, I hired Phelps Construction to do the work. Less than a week later, the job was completed and my deck looks great! Alex kept me informed of when work would be done and most importantly, when he said, "The work will be done Friday," the work actually got done that Friday! Highly recommend."

"Took care of 3 projects quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend the company."

"Had some siding blow off in the wind. Called and they were able to help me out same day with quick, professional service that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Would Highly recommend!"

"The quality of work was really good and they did a good job. They were on time and did what we ask."

"Mike did an outstanding job of estimating the job, creating the right solution and then cleaning, powerwashing and applying a finish coat of stain/water repellent.  Great job and I would recommend Mike and Mike's Services to anyone"

"Jacci at last min notice took on the job last min for us. Talk about perfect lines and left the living room spotless when she left. Can't thank her enough! I highly recommend hiring her as I will again in the future! Thanks a ton Jacci!!"

"New walls were built using paneling that matched existing paneling.  I had asked for a 3-foot-high box with removable or hinged lid to be built around the sump pump to keep the cat from playing with it; Jamie recommend a closet instead of a box, which was acceptable to me, and will prove to be a better choice when I have the sump pump discharge rerouted away from sanitary sewer.
Sump pump failed overnight during construction.  I had not moved in yet, so I was glad that the workers altered me.  With my authorization they had a new sump pump installed, removed the soaked carpet, and ran dehumidifiers to dry out the basement.
One door was installed opening opposite my request, but this was too minor a detail to ask for a correction.
New doors and trim were stained and varnished, and all messes were cleaned up completely.  Very happy with the work.  Solar tube (skylight) in bathroom is wonderful!"

"Fantastic! They promptly responded to the problem and got it fixed quickly. Highly recommend this company!!"

"These guys remind me of the Old Days when I worked for All-Work construction. We lived by our word and our quality of work. Yep, these guys are the real deal they gave us a very competitive quote and lived by that quote. They take pride in their work and have great work ethics IE they show up when they say they are going to show up and do what they said they would do. Thank you for all you did. To name a few they, finished the hardwood floor, (other contractor bagged on us), completed all the finishing work and drywall repair/ replacement. Painted the interior and repaired the roof over the Florida room. And completed all the landscaping work."
