"Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well. The work was done in a timely manner and we have been completely satisfied. We would definitely hire B A R Appliances again for our HVAC needs."

Sean followed up with text reminders and he was professional over the phone. Second, Scott arrived on time and took the time to troubleshoot the electrical issue so we would not waste time. He found that the electrical outlet housing the microwave was not giving enough amps, and as a result could have been a fire hazard. Scott fixed the problem by upgrading the electrical outlet supporting the microwave. Everything was courses, professional and fast. I would consider Murphy as my "house" electrician.
