"We recently had our roof replaced, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend Lake Point Roofing as a company you should consider for any future roofing projects. I first met Derek Wojcik, a partner in the company, when I asked him to come to my home to review a leak that I noticed in my second floor bedroom. After inspecting my roof, he told me that he had found the source of the leak and would fix it on the spot. After repairing the leak, I thanked him and asked him what I owed him. His response was "no charge". He's also made a couple of other minor tweaks with my gutters without charge. Derek quoted me a price to replace my roof in November 2016. When I decided to replace the roof this year, he told me that he would maintain the same price quoted last year. His team arrived at my home at approximately 7:30 and went right to work, tearing off the existing shingles and replacing them. They also lined my built-in gutters with modified Bitumen, and installed steel angle iron on all the gutters to prevent overflow. Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't know that any work had been done. In all my dealings with Derek he has proven to be meticulous in detail, extremely hard working, does what he says he's going to do, and manages a crew of top notch roofers. I don't think we'll have need of Lake Point Roofing's services to replace a roof again, but I would certainly use them again."

"We moved into a newer home that was just about 10 years old but had issues with major ice damming and icicles due to heavy snow. This led to water damage inside of the house as the ice was melting and making its way inside our home. I had multiple quotes from several roofing outfits and they just eyeballed the situation and wanted to simply re-do the flashing. Most did the assessment from the street without going on the roof. Construction was done last summer and Casey was there for the majority of the work done. His crews were on time and kept the grounds clean. It was completed within the time frame since weather cooperated with us. He also took care of a gutter leak for free while he had his crew out. Everything looked great in the end as he had to do some construction to widen an exit of my roof valley to provide better drainage. After completion, Casey even stopped by after a heavy rain just to make sure things were draining correctly and made some adjustments to correct a potential issue. Mind you, this was after i paid the bill so it wasn't something i was expecting as a followup. You can tell he has a passion for problem solving. The big test was the following winter. Even after the early winter snowstorm that dropped an incredible amount of snow in a short period of time, the icicles and ice dams never formed. The solution worked brilliantly well! Also on a side note, the process was very easy throughout the entire project as Lori is the main contact person in his office and is very easy to communicate with. Casey is also very responsive. Wish all companies worked in this manner! I wouldn't consider them a bargain comparing to a regular roofer. However, if you want your roof leak situation fixed correctly, this is the way to do it! Swistun is a class act from start to finish!"

They worked very hard under extreme heat and humidity, and they finished ahead of schedule. Andy the owner came to do the estimate and I also met him at their Wheeling, IL location. Adam was my main contact for the project and I can only say good things about his responsiveness and patience with my questions and requests. "The owner John, worked with the insurance estimator and provided me a detailed estimate after discussions with the insurance company, I decided to go ahead with W. Brothers Roofing. They delivered the supplies on time and arrived at 7AM as agreed on. They completed all the roof replacement in one day and cleaned up all the waste materials when finished. They returned two days later to replace all the gutters and the window shielding. The workers were great answering any questions I had and the on-site foreman Rob did a great job keeping me informed as to the flow and status of the work. "Spandikow did an amazing job on our roof, so we called them to have our skylight replaced.  It was old/foggy glass, and we wanted a new one with Low-E glass.  Called, left a message.  They called back in a few days asking for details.  Told them what we wanted; they came out when we were at work and measured & emailed us a VERY REASONABLE estimate; we signed it, scanned it and emailed it back.  Within a week we had a brand new skylight! <br /> We had shingles left over from our roofing job, which we left on the deck, so they could use what they needed, and it would match exactly - no problem.  They let us know when they were coming out, so we lay tarps inside to catch debris.  <br /> Job went smoothly, as we anticipated.  We never even considered using anyone else. <br />"

"Everyone I work with at Moore Construction is always great! Our roof was replaced about 10 years ago and we’ve hired them for other smaller projects (such as soffit repair on garage). I get quick responses when I call the office. The people who come out to do the work are prompt, efficient, clean up after themselves and are just nice guys. After some big storms we occasionally loose a shingle or two, but I never have to worry because they come out to fix within a few days. I never have to worry about them honoring the warrantee on the roof. They are nice people who I feel pride themselves in taking great care of their clients."
