"the project went very well. the owner Larry Rudis managed the project and it was on time and Larry was very courteous. The project cost 8,600 and Larry removed 2 layers of shingles and replace rotted out wood. I would hire and recommend them."

"Casey came on time (although a little early) on his first visit. He did a thorough inspection of the roof , first with me from the ground, and then he climbed to the roof for a closer look. He also checked my attic. He gave me what repairs are needed (renail some lifted shingles and replace ridge vent shingles) and gave me a quote later that day. Casey was accessible by email or phone for any further questions. On the scheduled day of work, he dropped off materials and gave instructions to his roofers. He stopped by the next morning, climbed up the roof to inspect the completed work to make sure nothing was missed and removed the garbage bag of replaced shingles. Overall, Casey was very polite and answered any questions I had. He was also thorough with his inspections. The work was on the expensive side but I felt that it was worth it based on the quality and the service and advice provided. I will be calling him again for roof inspection and roof replacement."

"The owner John, worked with the insurance estimator and provided me a detailed estimate after discussions with the insurance company, I decided to go ahead with W. Brothers Roofing. They delivered the supplies on time and arrived at 7AM as agreed on. They completed all the roof replacement in one day and cleaned up all the waste materials when finished. They returned two days later to replace all the gutters and the window shielding. The workers were great answering any questions I had and the on-site foreman Rob did a great job keeping me informed as to the flow and status of the work. "Spandikow did an amazing job on our roof, so we called them to have our skylight replaced.  It was old/foggy glass, and we wanted a new one with Low-E glass.  Called, left a message.  They called back in a few days asking for details.  Told them what we wanted; they came out when we were at work and measured & emailed us a VERY REASONABLE estimate; we signed it, scanned it and emailed it back.  Within a week we had a brand new skylight! <br /> We had shingles left over from our roofing job, which we left on the deck, so they could use what they needed, and it would match exactly - no problem.  They let us know when they were coming out, so we lay tarps inside to catch debris.  <br /> Job went smoothly, as we anticipated.  We never even considered using anyone else. <br />"

They don't just replace your gutters; they look at total water management to be more effective at how the rain is dispersed. They suggested moving some downspouts to provide better flow away from the foundation. In addition, they are master craftsmen when it comes to the actual installation. Their attention to detail and managing tricky roof sections was exceptional – plus, they left it cleaner than when they came. The owner actually followed up with a personal phone call to make sure I was satisfied with their work – great customer focus. I'm actually looking forward to the next rainfall!
