Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Lisle, IL

"Paul responded even more quickly than expected since it was Holiday. The quote came quickly and was fair. Once on the roof, he professionally reviewed the entire area, and because of that he was able to notice another piece of flashing completely missing beyond the piece I called about. The additional piece he found missing was likely even more critical than the piece I was calling about since that other dormer had a skylight in it which mysteriously had started showing some water leakage around the frame the last year. Very possibly it was the extra missing piece he found. Also seems like he put full effort into more securely attaching the flashing pieces than had been done by prior contractor. Great Job !"

"Did a great job. Great price and It was quick. They were very thorough with their cleanup."

"We had a leak in the flat roof on our home. We ended up getting quotes from 6 different roofers. Mike at Gemini was the only one to take the time to explain exactly what the problem was and the steps they would take to fix it. He laid out several options at different costs and explained exactly what we would be getting for our money. Mike was able to perform the work very quickly which was critical as every rainfall was causing more damage. We would highly recommend Gemini and will be using them for our roof maintenance in the future."

"I was a little skeptical about the gushing reviews, but I could not be happier. Super professional, great service and quality, new roof looks great, and at a competitive price."

"Daniel helped us resolve a very difficult and stressful roofing problem. We had a new roof installed on our home, but it was not done properly. Daniel carefully inspected the situation, worked with us to develop a solution, and installed a high-quality roof built to last. He also helped us determine the right ventilation system, giving us confidence and peace of mind. I highly recommend Daniel for inspecting, planning, and installing residential flat roofs."

"I couldn’t be happier with Franos Roofing! Arek, the owner, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He handled everything from A to Z and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. What impressed me the most was that I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all. Arek took care of everything, communicated with me throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled properly. The workmanship was excellent, the whole experience was professional, and the results look fantastic! It’s hard to find a contractor you can truly trust, but I’m so glad I chose Franos Roofing. I highly recommend Arek and Franos Roofing — 5 stars all the way! Thank you for the outstanding work! 🙌🏠"

"Most of all I believed sincerely that Mr Montes was truthful with his sales approach. Saving me money by fixing an issue instead of replacing good materials when they really didn't need to be replaced."

"Very knowledgeable, caring and honest"

"Dave from APR was very responsive to my initial request. He promptly (within hours) checked out the roof and determined the source of the leak. He provided a comparable price and offered to do the work within a few days. Because his team was able to accommodate earlier he called and came out the next day and completed the job perfectly. Dave also called the next day when it was raining to follow up to see if I had checked to see if there were any issue post work. I was impressed also with the follow from him."
