She is honest, trustworthy, thorough, and friendly, and her work is excellent every time. She is also incredibly patient working around my busy home while I work from home and homeschool my two youngest kids, with three people and two cats underfoot. Kate is awesome. "DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!! She charged me extra for cleaning the oven and extra for cleaning cat and dog hair which she claimed there were chunks of and there were not (she also claimed she was allergic to the cat and dog hair). When she left the house it was still dirty. The floors were sticky. The house smelled worse than before she cleaned and when I asked for my money back she argued telling me the house was disgusting. I have attached the photos of after she cleaned the house."
