They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. "I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.  
he does provide some additional info on how to keep this from happening which i appreciated.

"They came out to see what type of repair needed to be completed and they did an excellent job of explaining the different options available for purchase. On day of repair, they were on time and kept everything nice and clean during the replacement process. They even fixed a minor issue they noticed while doing the replacement under the sink for no additional charge since they were working right there."

He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. "Despite a bit of a miscommunication and us canceling on him twice, Matt was extremely accommodating, went out of his way to fit us in, and did great work. They used plastic sheeting to protect the entire bathroom and had exhaust running to outside. The smell isn't as awful as expected after reading other reviews. Just smells like spray paint. "I reached out to F3 Plumbing today and they were out to replace my 50 gal Natural Gas Hot water heater within 2 hours. I originally requested a 40 gal but noticed it was a 50 gal and they didn't hesitate to go back to the shop and grab a 50 gal. They had to replace the piping for the water to the heater as it was not the same size and had no qualms or issues doing so. They completed the entire job in under an hour and a half and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend F3 Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Good, honest, quick and reliable-what everyone hopes to get in any service these days, but especially a contractor."
