"I meet with two lovely women that explain their company . And about their roofing product and how it works . An there people are factory certified people . It was very interesting and sounds like a great warranty ."

"Bob Dyer ( D"s Homeworks) was friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with. His crew was respectful of our house and for the two days that they were here. They made sure that everything cleaned up before leaving for the day. They replaced the windows and double patio doors on our home. You always worry when you hire a contractor and wonder if the job will be completed on time and without any additional cost. The work completed went beyond expectations and no increased cost. It's nice to know there are still honest, skilled and fairly priced businesses like D"s Homeworks out there. Thanks to Bob and his fantastic crew."

"A+++. Jose is an tile installation artist. If I could adopt him... I would! Pretty tricky job installing glass picket tiles. Everything came out better than I could have hoped."

"They were very neat, fairly quick, and they really kept the yard spotless. The roof still looks great 5 years later. I highly recommend them."

"Amazing Jake is a great guy and I appreciate everything he’s done for me and my family!"

"Pellegrino Construction did an excellent job on our roof.  While it has only been a few weeks since completion, we are very pleased with the work.  Mike P. was very responsive and professional throughout and answered all of our many questions. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.
We first had Mike come and assess whether we could repair a leak.  He indicated he could likely repair it for a reasonable cost, although there was no guaranty the fix would work,  He was the only roofer we saw who was wiling to try to fix the leak before replacing the roof.  He also explained why we would soon need a new roof and let us now that we could likely wait a year or two, with minimal risk (this was the consensus among the roofers we spoke to).   Among the roofers we spoke to, he did not oversell the need for a new roof and provided an excellent explanation of the various issues.  We decided to replace the roof now to be sure to fix the leak and not worry about a problem in the next year or two.  Mike was flexible on using the materials we desired (within the constraints of the mfr. warranty) and on timing.  Compared to the other roofers we spoke to, Mike's pricing was a positive as well.
His team also cleaned up well and pointed out how they accidentally damaged an end cap on our deck.  Mike immediately repaired the damaged end cap and has been responsive after the  job as well in answering a question or two of mine.

"We're so happy that we chose Benchmark Home Improvements for our kitchen renovation. Lee did a great job with the design. He was very responsive and had great ideas. Ian and Lee did a great job with demo of our old kitchen and installation of our beautiful new cabinets. They kept everything clean and organized and were very respectful of our house and family, even considering social distancing, etc. during this crazy time. When the job was done we had a problem installing our refrigerator they were quick to return and creatively resolve the issue. We highly recommend Ian and Lee at Benchmark Home Improvements to anyone looking for a great kitchen renovation."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."
