"I originally asked for a bid on taking out old fence and replacing with a new vinyl fence. The quote I got was for just the new fence. In later discussion after I had told them to go ahead I realized that they were not including the removal of the old fence. So they added an amount to cover that which was still less than other bids in total. <br /> They did great work on time as scheduled. Mark was very professional and followed up as promised. The fence looks great and seems very solid. <br /> The reason we decided to get the vinyl fence over a new block one was that a nearby tree root had grown upward and had broken up the block wall. We wanted the vinyl because it could be built with a gap at the bottom that would allow for that upward root movement. The problem is going to be that what was designed to be a three inch gap ends up being only a one inch gap where the root is. Which means we are still going to have to deal with that tree eventually. Would have been good to know that measurement before the job started. <br />"

"Shawn, Sunset Gates' owner/operator, came to the house, took measurements and gave us a price. He clearly explained materials, pricing and how the gates are built. The purchase and installation went really well. We chose a Traditional Series gate, which looked very nice after it was installed and even better after I stained the cedar slats. Was tempted to go with the composite slats, which don't need staining or painting, but I like the look of real wood. Fyi: We opted for a self-closing spring, which works great. Bottom line: This iron-and-wood gate is sooo much better than our old gate, which was made of 2-by-4s and wood slats!"

"The first salesman we had was flaky, but he left Allied Iron. Everyone else has been very knowledgable and professional. I like the fact that you can design the door or gate the way you want, not simply select from a fixed list of models. We were able to see how everything, including the door handle is custom built. I like the fact that we were able to see our door and gate before powder coating. We requested a minor change, which they handled no problem. Installation was quick. The product is not cheap, but considering it is a custom product with high quality, it is worth it."

"Karl did an excellent job with extending my 4' block wall up to 6' with a 2' extension of wrought iron. He had to fabricate individually different sections due to varying heights. He was responsive, organized, on time, and kept in touch. His price was the best of 3 other fence companies I looked at. I highly recommend him."

"We saw that Precision Door was installing a new door for our next door neighbor. on June 16th. We asked the service man, while he was here, if he could replace the damage rubber base of the door. While looking at the door he informed us that there were several cracks in our door. When we saw this we proceeded to call Precision to have a tech come out and look at the door and give us an estimate. We need the door to be installed within a few days as our complex was having all doors painted. The tech came out on June 17th and after determining what door we wanted they were able to have it installed on June 18th. The installation was completed on June 18th. Everyone we worked with were extremely professional. Everything was explained to use in detail. They continually asked if we had any questions. They were on time for both the tech visit as well as the service men that completed the installation. Overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend Precision Door and would use them again. "
