"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by your company at my property located at 6510 Flora Way, 34951. According to our service agreement and the details provided at the time of scheduling, your team was supposed to perform a full pool maintenance service, including vacuuming and other necessary tasks. Unfortunately, these services were either not performed or were completed inadequately. Specifically, the pool was not vacuumed, and it is clear that other basic maintenance steps ? such as checking and balancing chemicals, cleaning the filter, and brushing the walls ? were also either skipped or only partially done. This is not the level of professionalism or service quality I was led to expect when I hired your company. I am highly disappointed by this lack of follow-through and attention to detail, particularly considering that I paid for a complete service.
