"I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!"

"David and Zack came out to our house in December for a chimney cleaning and inspection. We knew we would be needing some degree of repair on our cap and pan, but David informed me that we had been fitted with the wrong size pan the whole time we have lived here and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. We were quite frustrated that no previous chimney service company brought the issue to our attention before the damage was done, but David put together a fair and comprehensive proposal to fix the chimney. Huge job that David and Zack’s crew, led by Jerry, got done a couple of days faster than quoted! Special shout out to Christine at the office for her speedy and super helpful communication! We will definitely be hiring them for all of our maintenance going forward! I give Nevermore Services five stars because that’s all I’m allowed to give!"

"Arvydas Didas measured the chimney and installed the cap about a week later. Got everything done well before closing and the cap is beautiful. I was able to pay with a credit card over the phone and received the receipt and a copy of the invoice the same day. Great service!"

"Mr. Greg Elrod did a fantastic job. Emailed Greg a few days ago to get an estimate on a chimney sweep. Very responsive via email and we were able to mutually agree on a date and time. Greg called the morning of the sweep, about 40 minutes before arrival to confirm. Arrived on time. Very personable guy.. Prepared the work area, as not to cause any mess, and proceeded to clean out the fire box and chimney. I had requested an inspection of the brick chimney as well, as it had not been attended to for some time.He did a GREAT job with no mess. Gave me a quick overview of what he saw and what he would recommend to be repaired. He is going to email me an estimate and I would assume, as long as the price is not too expensive, we will be using Mr. Elrod once again. <br /> I could not be happier with Greg's service and overall knowledge and professionalism. The job, as mentioned above, was done in a very efficient and clean manner and spot on the estimate. Nice to see a guy that is trying to do good work, make a living and not feel a need to rip people off at the same time. "They were great.  They cleaned my dryer vent.  They went into the attic and said it was the wrong kind outlet.  They went to Home Depot to buy the right outlet because that's why the dryer was clogged.  They were very professional.  They went outside to look at the fireplace.  They said the pan needed to be replaced and they replaced that.  They replaced an outside light that was high."
