Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. So then I have to put in for a service call, and their first thought is "oh, I should upsell her on a $100 service for mosquitoes that goes out 100 ft from her townhouse with 5 feet of lawn." I'm obviously irritated and not likely to give them more money since they don't even show when they're supposed to...and then they don't show up for the follow-up call, I can't make this up. I would cancel if I could, but you get locked into a contract with them, so now I am stuck paying for pest control I am not getting."
