"They power washed my brick patio, sidewalk and siding on the front of my house. The siding in some areas was soft (not in the best condition)due to some water damage over the years. The force of their power sprayer actually tore apart two areas of siding on the front of the house. The first one I wasn't as upset about as they didn't know there was an issue with some areas of the siding, but when it happened again a second time in a different location that upset me. I would've thought they may have checked the condition of the area they were doing before hitting it full blast again. I asked if they had a lower setting where the water would come out at a lower intensity and he said they did not. Also, they were packing up their truck and getting ready to leave when I saw that there was a ton of mulch that had splashed up on the siding which they hadn't rinsed off. I had to ask him to come back and take care of it, which he did, and that's when the second incident happened with the siding. I will admit the sidewalk and brick patio look very good, however now I have two fairly large areas of siding that need to be replaced. Again, not entirely their fault, but would've thought they would've checked the condition of the siding before using such a high intensity sprayer or asked me if there were any issues that they needed to be aware of. There was also a small ornament on the porch that was knocked over and broke I presume after being hit with the sprayer accidentally, but they never mentioned it to me. I found out later after they left."
