Within an hour I got a response from Vincent and we set up a time to meet a few days later! Vincent is not only friendly and kind but also very good at communicating which I think is very important. He showed up along with a worker and they finished my project within two days! They are so professional and they cleaned everything up nicely and left our place looking very neat! The price was also quite reasonable and we will definitely continue to work with them for maintenance and whatever else we need, would highly recommend! The counter tops were pretty damaged since we didn’t seal them to begin with years ago, that was a mistake on our part but I’m so happy that Vincent and his worker did such an awesome job in restoring and improving the appearance and luster of the marble tops! They’ve never looked better!"

"I have to really confront them for properly doing their job. They said they'll do the whole bathroom flooring, and yet did not do the section under the sink because the "machine can't reach it". After I confronted them, they did it by hand in like 1 min and called it clean. I also realized the edges of the floor were not cleaned/touched as it felt rough. I felt the price I paid deserved a premium service, but not the case here."

"Very happy with this company. They were on time, did what they said they were going to do, did it well, and did it for the price we had agreed on. The skylight went smoothly. They respected our space and cleaned up their work. The ceiling fan they installed turned out to be a dud (not their fault - we had ordered it online). They uninstalled the fan, boxed it up, explained why it wasn't working, went and found a new one, installed that one, discovered that was a dud too, uninstalled and returned that one, and finally installed a third fan that we ordered from a different supplier. They did a wonderful job, were thoughtful and calm throughout, and barely charged for the additional work. We will definitely keep using them for additional projects. They also looked at other projects we have in the house and gave reasonable advice on how to proceed."
