I have 3 pets in my home and he was able to get the stains out with a great pretreatment prior to the cleaning. "We called this service provider based on an on-going tile cleaning special that is shown in their online yellow page ad. Told them that we were within the sq footage, but had some area carpets that need steam cleaned atop the tile. They agreed to quote on-site. The workmen called before coming, arrived on time, quoted same price for carpets and tile as tile alone, did an excellent job, and called to say when they were leaving that they would return and redo at no additional charge if we ere not satisfied with the results. Our floors look great. We are very please with the quality of the service."
