"First of all, everything that turned out well is thanks to Gary who is marvel of roofing knowledge and straight talk. I talked with half a dozen roofers over the last year. Gary was the only one who had the expertise and the decency not to b.s. or overcharge us. An Honest Roofer! His company delivered the material and began work in less than two weeks from our initiating the project. The crew was efficient, completing the job on the first day. We required additional work to reinstall our gutter covers. Brian was sent over and he did a great job using some replacement covers and some original ones. Worked out great. I mention this because Gary said that any issues with the gutter covers would be theirs and that everything was covered. And it was! If you don't hire these guys, it will be your loss. By the way, the Class 4 Malarkey synthetic shingles are rated against damage with hail up to 4.5 inches. Nice product, great company!"

"I recently received a letter from my insurance company stating my coverage was ending due to "worn" and "dented" roof shingles. "Hiring Felipe (Flash Roofing) for my stone coated steel roof was an absolute pleasure. Having a long of history of hiring contractors over the years (electrical/landscaping/insulation/plumbing/remodeling/handyman, etc), I have learned to become very cautious. After completing extensive research of Decra stone coated steel roofs (including instillation) Felipe thoroughly answered my list of questions in fullest detail leaving no question of his (and Victor's) enthusiasm for what they do, how they do it, and why. In addition, he coordinated and met with the with the Solar Panel company at my home to proactively review/discuss their boot racking systems and proper ways to walk on the roof during solar panel install. With the money I saved compared to other local bids, I was more than happy to buy pizza for his crew! A big Thank You to Filipe and his entire detailed crew!!!!"

Brendan Christenson (Sales / Account Manager for Advanced Exteriors) came by the very next day to apply tarps over the skylights and damaged roof areas. Kyle Anderson (Project Manager) was out when the adjustor arrived to survey the damage and document the items needing repair. Without Kyle’s help, we would have missed quite a lot of damage. My new skylights had to be custom ordered - which delayed the installation process by a few weeks. During this process, Brendan was in frequent contact - which eased my concerns - and said he was shooting for a seamless install for the roof and the 8 foot long skylights. To compensate for the delay - and ongoing weather concerns  - Brendan dispatched a very large crew for the job. My roof was finished by 10:30 on their second day off work! Overall, my experience with Advanced Exteriors was very positive! They were reassuringly professional and highly responsive to my concerns via phone or email. The roof and skylights were installed in-between bouts of extreme cold and snow. Having the larger crew to do the work when the weather cooperated was terrific.
