"Great quality, service and workmanship. Scott arrived on time every day and was conscientious of us and the work he did. Craig monitored the work and kept us informed of the status. We are. Erynsatisfied."

Specializes in all phases of Construction. Starting with full service Project Management, Architectural Designs, Engineering Services and Permitting.
"We have rebuilt an addition and added a second story to our old NW Denver home. Unfortunately, we had to wait 20 weeks for Denver permitting to go through, but once construction started Pete and his crews have been incredible. From the first interaction going through the design iterations and all the way through finishing touches, Pete has been incredibly responsive, quality- and detail-oriented, and a great sounding board through all of the decisions we've had to make. The project has been on budget and any surprises were clearly pointed out to us and clear change requests submitted to us with any additional work necessary. The project has also been on schedule (even a little ahead of schedule), with Pete keeping us in the loop of what is happening each step of the way. Highly recommend Pete and Regal Construction."

"A2Z Finished the basement in my home. I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly this project went. A2Z is a very reliable company. Efraim was my project manager. He was honest, communicated well and was very respectful. The rest of the crew was also amazing. they cleaned up at the end of each day. The project was finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend A2Z builders."

"I cant possibly express our pure delight and absolute gratitude for RHJ!! Ray and Ryan are amazing. They told us at the beginning they'd be like family at the end. I was skeptical of this, but my goodness, that was the absolute truth! We did ALL the things and then some. Not only was the professionalism there in terms of contracts, fine details, timeliness, polite demeanor's, trustworthiness, responsiveness and so on, the extra steps and care they showed and were able to "hear" me was nothing but incredible. I am picky and love to designing all my own things- my ideas are not the always the normal ones and the vision I had was not just completed, it was exemplified because of their efforts to hear me, match me and help carry it to the next level. I don't think there is any thing we didn't cover- new build, tear down, structural engineering, electrical, plumbing moves, appliance installation and upgrades, air ducts, roofing, yard improvements, retaining walls, water features, concrete work, custom brick milling and work, permits during covid, windows, repurposing LOADS of various items, decking, tiling, furniture making, flooring, custom art pieces including framing, vanities, assembly, and restoration. I could seriously go on and on! Let me add here also that I am not wealthy. This was a once and lifetime adventure in my forever home that I had been planning for a loooooong time. So whoever I was going to pick had to vibe with us. It had to stay within budget, it had to meet the ever evolving visions I had, it had to be clear, be done in a reasonable time, and so forth. This "idea" I had turned into a three floor addition that checked off countless bucket list items because of the thoughtfulness of Ray and Ryan and their forward thinking. They are the complete GC's on your project and any professionals they bring in to complete any work they can not do (or are better suited to do) are highly vetted through them and their years of experience. Now, I have a whole toolbox of people that I can use and recommend when I need them outside of the project- but truly, I will always call them first on anything to see if they can just do it themselves. I know if they can, they will, if not, they will help me find someone or have my best interest at heart when recommending. Of course there are always projects hiccups, that is inescapable, but RHJ handles them, fights for you through them and is transparent in what is happening.- even if it is a default to them. They do right by people. They are helpful, kind, honest, CLEAN and respectful to your life. They put the safety of my kids first in anything they did, made sure they were getting the most cost effective and quality materials needs, made my house clean, protected everything and helped at every single step- beyond what was expected. When I called around for their recommendations, I found everyone to be honest and forthright about all the things to expect and what tips they had for me. I was impressed that their recommendations were not just full of people who were only going to glow (even thought that is what I am doping- because it its true!). One person told me, "they are not the cheapest, they are not the most expensive, but that is who you want because you know you're getting the best of both worlds". I have had many people ask about getting work done, and after seeing what we did, many people are asking specifically for them. They did my sister's house and hopefully will be able to do my parents, I am actually very protective of referring them because I know what they do on their end and I want to make sure that they will be around people who are putting in as much care and respect, like the are to those they work for. Needless to say, I HIGHLY think of them and their work and ABSOLUTELY recommend them!!"

"Brevan gave us a great deal for our small project that involved moving a load-bearing wall for our kitchen remodel. He had his lead carpenter Mike install a steel post according to specifications we got from our structural engineer. Chad completed the work on schedule exactly as we needed it done and cleaned everything up."

"Westec Builders did such a great job with adding an entertainment room to my house! We had wanted a bar and hang out area and wasnâ t really sure where to start. Robert and Jeff met with me and helped me design what worked best to add to our house. They were always on time and professional and really knew how to help with every question I had. With covid, there were unfortunately delays, and they handled it all perfectly and kept in communication with me the whole time. My bar and room addition came out so beautifully, I will be using them for any future projects I have."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
