"Contracted M & H to remove a 20 foot tree in our front lawn, grind the stump and feeder roots, as well trim three evergreen trees in our backyard. The price for this project was good, however, the clean up was not good the reason for the four stars. The sawdust and shavings from the stump and root removal was left in our shrubs and rose bushes as well as on our front porch and outdoor furniture. This issue could have been avoided if some prep was done prior to the grinding by using tarp to cover the surrounding area."

"Got a quick response for an estimate and got the work scheduled within a couple of weeks (which was great considering how busy the spring is for tree work). The only issue we had was with the arrival time of the guys doing the work...I had been told they would arrive in the morning and had to call and find out where they were. They ended up going to another job before ours and came in the afternoon instead. Not a huge deal, since I was home all day, but it would have been an issue if I'd taken just half a day off work and expected them in the morning. When I called the scheduler I talked to was very apologetic. The trees we were having cut down came down quickly and they even removed some dead branches we had on the side of the house. The tree trimming and deep root fertilization has left us with a very happy looking tree. Overall we were very happy with Donovan Arborists and would use them again."
