He was on time, walked me through step-by-step what they were going to do next, and when he encountered something new that he didn't know what to do with, he then asked me what we wanted to do at that point. They do what they say they will do. In my field, I have been running by a lot of nasty, cantankerous, rude, crass, demanding, entitled people lately. I don't know if Covid made everyone so filled with a nastiness that they need to vent their frustrations on people. I had been having such a bad week with people falling into one of those categories, and it was so refreshing to meet Wally and the other gentleman (honestly, I forget his name - but he'd probably forgive me if he knew the nasty people I have had run-ins with as of late because he was so nice too).
