"Outstanding service.  Technician arrived on time and performed diagnosis.  Although unit appeared to be working, it was not detected until later that the thermostat would not turn off the unit, so the new thermostat was not installed.  Technician and office personnel very helpful in coordinating return visit to install the new thermostat at no additional charge.

"All of the parts required for the job were staged before the technicians arrived.  The technicians were very nice and competent and they put down a drop cloth to protect the carpet and rug leading to the stairs to the basement where the furnace was located.  They removed the old, flood damaged furnace and the old air conditioner.  They installed the new furnace, air conditioner, the new exhaust and combustion air piping required for the high efficiency  furnace and replaced the copper tubing from the new air conditioner compressor to the "A" coil in the duct work.  The technicians answered all of my questions and I was impressed with the finished product.  I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
