"Joe Lombardo/ NML Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. His price was better than the other 3 companies that quoted the project but most importantly, he and his crew did a high quality job! I liked the fact that Joe, the owner of the company, personally quoted the project and then was on site when his crew performed the work. There was no miscommunication or forgotten contractual items. The crew worked incredibly hard and had the old roof torn off and re-shingled in one long day. They also did a very thorough cleanup when done. I don't think I found one nail on the ground anywhere in the weeks following their work. Joe was super easy to deal with and delivered on every promise made. Here is an example of the kind of guy Joe is: While doing a final walkdown I noticed a downspout elbow between my first and second floor roof was missing. Joe's crew searched for it but could not find it. Joe committed to replacing it. Now, I assumed that would not actually happen and it's like a $3 item at Lowes so I just replaced it myself the next day. Sure enough, a day or two later Joe called to tell me he was ready to send his crew over to replace the elbow that evening. That just confirmed for me that I made the right choice by having NML do my roof replacement."

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

They completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. We had some spare shingles left over from when the roof was put on originally, and they were able to save us money by using the materials we had. Eduardo came to estimate my project with clear, brief and concise transactions. He kindly explained the process of replacing my roof shingles as well as the kind of materials the company would use. And one of the best thing is, you are not obliged to pay a down payment. I got 5 contractors from Angi's list and one outside of Angi for a free estimate. All of them required me to put in a down payment and did not even have the kindness to let me decide if I would hire them! LCT Construction is the place to go for your roofing jobs. Eduardo is very understanding. He left all the papers that I have to read and kindly told me call him if I had questions. I hired them!
