"I needed a new roof for my 2000 sq ft house. I reached out to Joe @ NML and he really delivered. He came with a crew of 8. It was just supposed to be new shingles but we found mold on the majority of the plywood on the roof. Joe and his crew were able to replace over 50 sheets of plywood and re-shingle the roof in addition to the new flashing I needed around my chimney all in 1 day. His crew was very detailed oriented and EVERYTHING was cleaned up immaculately. I had a pool in the backyard very close to the house and there was no issue with any debris left over. Joe kept me informed on everything thag was going on and it couldn't have been a better experience. I would recommend NML to anyone who needs work done - either a small roof project or a large one like mine."

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

Their pricing was excellent, their turnaround time was lightning fast, and the communication and workmanship far exceeded our expectations. From the moment Paul came to our home to inspect our old, leaking skylight, we knew we were dealing with a company that values professionalism and integrity. The crew replaced our skylight along with the extensive rotted roof sheathing around it. They also replaced a missing shingle and sealed a vent pipe and a second skylight at no additional charge. Their communication was excellent. They provided photos and videos before, during, and after the project. Mike, the outstanding on-site supervisor, checked in with us repeatedly, answered every question, and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. "they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

They completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. We had some spare shingles left over from when the roof was put on originally, and they were able to save us money by using the materials we had. "I cannot express how pleased I have been working with Elite Work Home Improvement over the past few years. My roof was replaced in December of 2016, and the results were excellent. My most recent encounter was more in-depth because I was getting ready to sell my house. A significant amount of work was required on my home prior to the sale due to the arduous task of satisfying the necessary requirements of numerous inspections. They did a large portion of the work, like the installation of a Bilco door, basement windows, additional roofing requirements, and asphalt and siding repairs."

"I had to have the roof of my garage replaced and I got a very good estimate from these guys and I engaged them to do it. They were professional and had to do a fair amount of restoring of rotted wood and had to remove three layers of asphalt shingles off my old garage. Anyway, they did this for $3,310 for a 300 sq ft roof. That was a far lower estimate than the other places that I got estimates from. The quality of the work is wonderful and they did an excellent job of cleaning the interior of my garage because when you think about it, for most roof replacements, the dirt is up in your attic. My garage is a workshop with benches and shelves everywhere and they did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I give these guys an unqualified recommendation."
