He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. Ramjack was not the cheapest but they were the most informative, had their own patented pilings, were available for the 100 questions for both Adam and the office, and had videos of how the work was done, what to expect after and everything in between. Adam and BK were available to be onsite through out the work being completed, which was completed by some very happy employees. All my concerns were addressed, they rebuilt part of my fence that was broken due to where a piling needed to go and we are happy!!"
