"A technician arrived at the appointed time and easily diagnosed the problem. I had purchased the unit and had it installed 6 years prior by another company but I couldn't recall if it was still under warranty. The tech did some research and found out it was under warranty and rather than charging me for more than $49 service call, suggested I call the original installing company, since that might save me money with labor, stating he would gladly do the repair if that was my preference. I did decide to call the installer, and that was the right decision since it was a problem with a part they had already replaced for me, they had had the same problem with other units from the manufacturer. I am confident my house will be cool this summer, that's all that counts, right? "We would like to acknowledge the outstanding job that Roland Benavidez, the owner of Certified Electric, did in installing a backup generator at our home. This was a complex generator installation of a 22KW Generac generator. We had a 400 amp meter main that required two transfer switches and Five SMM devices. I requested that this be a turnkey project including all aspects of the job. Roland spent significant time doing the electrical design and calculations, he took responsibility for getting the required permits from the City of Lincoln, and approvals from our HOA. He exhibited skills in addition to electrical work including moving irrigation lines, making gas connections, concrete removal and reinstall, and stucco patching. The installation was done very neatly. Roland was professional, knowledgeable, competent, and honest. We felt very at ease leaving the premises while he and his team worked.
