The crew allowed me to, not only explain my roof issues but show them as well so nobody was injured because of the faulty roof. "My husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. Triple Crown was the only contractor we spoke with who took the time to educate us on the different construction methods for installing a metal roof over shingles and why they prefer to use the batten strip method. Once we had that information, we did our own research (thanks Google) and agreed that was the best application to go with. From start to finish it was evident that Triple Crown does not cut corners on materials, technique, or workmanship. They produce a quality product which they stand behind with an amazing warranty that far exceeded their competitors’ guarantees. "Fantastic job. Kyle has done other remodeling and repair jobs for us over the years. Several years ago, probably around 7-8 years ago, I called Kyle about replacing our 20 year old (maybe older?) roof. At that time, he said that the roof still had another 5 years or so of good out of it. When we developed a leak after our last big storm, he came and made a quick patch (for free) and gave us an estimate on a total replacement. He replaced our roof and everything was done very professionally and it turned out great. He even repaired a problem on our rafters at no additional cost (something that couldn't be seen at the time of the estimate for replacing the roof). Everything was cleaned up very nicely. We went with a metal roof instead of shingles and we love it. (He was even nice enough to have his workers dig out an old basketball goal that was by the driveway)"

"Quality workmanship and completed home roof replacement within a few days. Overall cleanup of large debris was excellent, however there were some negatives to our experience. 1st, the roll off container for the debris still sits in my driveway, 6 days after the work was completed. Have called, daily, multiple times each day, to get an ETA of container removal, and only get the answering service, during office hours. They take a message and promise a return call, yet no responses from company as of this review. 2nd, workers left cigarette butts and food waste in my yard, for me to clean up. 3rd and, in my opinion, the unprofessional of all of it, is the small debris, especially screws, nails, sharp pieces of scrap metal scattered throughout my property. Unacceptable to return home, after work was completed and crew gone, to find all this debris. Would like to safely use my driveway, walk my property, and have my dogs run freely, without fear of injury, which already happened twice, during my personal cleanup of the debris. Workmanship, superior customer service, and accountability. They only came through on workmanship, which is what I recommend them for; be prepared for the hassle with the rest of it."

"An inspection was needed on our roof because of a recent hailstorm, so we called Energy Roofing to come out to inspect. Our roof was replaced not too long ago. Dave and Christy called us back immediately on that Friday and made an appointment to come by the following Monday. They were here when they said they would be and came prepared to get on the roof to inspect. All went well and there was no significant damage. We appreciated the fast response and would absolutely use Energy Roofing when needed in the future."
