"We had a large Playhouse built on our property. It was basically a small house insulation drywall siding shingle roof windows air-conditioning. Dave Farmer showed up on time with his helper. Took them an hour and a half to completely finish the job. The work was very organized. They hauled off all the debris. I watch them do most of the demolition. I was very impressed. They are very polite and the cost was reasonable. well worth the money. They also do home improvement just about anything. Thank you, Dave for a job well done. I will definitely use them again."

"Outstanding service. Very Professional. Had all the equipment he needed. His crew did a very good job cleaning up after themselves; removed the branches and trunks, raked up the excess leaves and branches that were laying on the ground and also raked the area where the stumps were ground down. <br /> Very reasonably priced. Just for me to rent the equipment for a day (stump grinder and bucket loader) would have cost me $500 not to mention it probably would have taken me more than a day. Tri-County got everything done and was gone in just over an hour. <br /> Very pleased. Will most definitely get them again for any tree work I need done. <br />"

"Kyle does a walk through with you every morning and evening to discuss what's happening and to show you what's done. At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. Trust me you get what you pay for!"

"I could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism that O’Neil Transport provided. I would highly recommend them for any of your moving or storage needs. I have heard horror stories of moving companies and I must say this company does what they say they will do and more. If you are moving, you need to call O’Neil"

"They were on time and kept us in the loop prior arriving. The movers were top notch - obvious this is what they do for a living. Unreal the amount of items they fit into the truck - expert packing. The truck itself was large and part of a new fleet. These guys were careful but quick and kept telling us that there intent was to move us on time and budget without sacrificing any part of the move. The cost of the move was on par with the other moving companies in the area. Thank you Garret and Ruben I can not speak more highly of "Just Move it Now". I have let the owner Brian know that I would be happy to speak with anyone looking for personal reassurance on his company."

"Had to move larger items than usual from my business here, to S. California local. Place I normally used backed out last minute. Scrambling, I found this place. Boy am I glad I did. Completely saved my butt & pricing was way better than those other companies were. Even the one I usually use. They packed up everything for me! I didn't have to do squat. A bonus! Very happy. Will hire in the future."

FAQs for waste, junk, building materials and debris removal and hauling projects in Live Oak, FL

To throw out stained, broken, or infested mattresses or couches, call a junk hauler or take it to your local landfill yourself. If it’s infested with pests, you might want to call a pest control specialist near you. If you have infested furniture, there's a good chance you have an infested home, too.

Tipping furniture removal services is not mandatory, but it is a thoughtful way to acknowledge their hard work and professionalism. If you're pleased with the service, consider tipping junk haulers 5% to 10% of the total cost or $10 to $20 per worker. This is especially appreciated when the job involves heavy lifting, navigating stairs, or handling bulky items. Tipping not only rewards the workers for a job well done but also fosters a positive working relationship.

If your furniture is in good condition, you have a few options:

  • Donate to charities: Organizations like Goodwill, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and GreenDrop often accept furniture donations and may offer free pickup services.

  • List online: You can list your items for free on local online marketplaces or community groups to find someone who needs them. Giving away your furniture not only helps you clear space but also benefits others in your community.

The cost to haul away junk depends on the haul’s size. A single item costs $60 to $150 to haul, with each additional item adding $20 to $40 to the total price. Hauling away a full truckload of trash or other junk will run $400 to $800.

Yes, some furniture retailers will haul away your old furniture when they deliver your new items. This service may be included in your purchase price or offered at a discounted rate. It's important to check with the store to see if they provide furniture removal and whether there are any requirements, such as a minimum purchase. Utilizing this service can save you time and effort in disposing of your old furniture.

In many cases, you can dispose of furniture in a dumpster, but regulations vary by location. Some areas prohibit items like mattresses or upholstered furniture due to environmental concerns. It's best to check with your local waste management authorities or dumpster rental company to understand what's allowed.
