"Al Navarro has done many jobs for us spanning over 20 years. He renovated nearly every room in our previous home and is well on his way to doing the same in our current home. This most recent project was to install nearly 1300 sq feet of luxury vinyl tile flooring over existing ceramic tile... He first spent days applying multiple coats (with smoothing) of a thin mortar over the tile regions to establish a smooth and level base. He also removed all the existing baseboard. On top of the mortar surface he placed a layer of thin plastic sheeting (flooring supplier recommended) and then carefully and methodically laid all the vinyl flooring... He set up his saw arrangement in our garage and custom cut many of the floor pieces to ensure the best look for the new floor... Al is an artist with tools and he even went so far as to use a special saw to cut neatly beneath the door jambs such that the new flooring went under the jamb rather than just up to it... He also did custom work around showers and bath tubs, and around doorways, to offer the best looking transition from the floor to those structures... He then purchased and painted new wide baseboards at his facility and brought them to our home to be cut and installed with great precision. As he has done with all our previous projects, Al did a masterful job of installing this beautiful luxury vinyl flooring over a large portion of our home. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend Al for this type type of home improvement and for just about any other home interior type project folks might be looking to accomplish!!!!"

"TLDR: Accurate Home Remodeling is a responsive, customer focused team. Their work is high quality whilst remaining at an accessible cost. Miles will listen to you, have some great suggestions, communicate with you at all stages of work and finish your project completely in a timely manner. Fast, responsive communication. Clean, accurate work. Works proactively with your city around permitting issues. DETAILS: We had a whole house remodel and also exterior back garden (yard) remodel. We had two teams on site most days (landscapers and interior remodel). Our project work time was about 3 months, with a couple of additional weeks due to delays caused by heavy rain (exterior work) and finding termites when we lifted our floors. The team took this in their stride and worked with us to keep on track. Overall our home has been transformed and weâ ve now been living here for almost 4 months and have no problems to report. Everyone who has visited thinks itâ s lovely, and so do we! Miles is the general contractor/owner and he moves a million miles an hour if you let him. This was great for us as we were keen to complete our work quickly. He uses an app to communicate so everything is documented, easy to track and he is on there all day every day, so any questions get answered straight away. He is also pro-active and pretty much on site every day to check in with his crews. He is exacting in his standards which ensures a great end result. We had a bit of project creep which was down to us. Originally we were only going to remodel one bathroom but added on our principal bath too, which was a great call, if you see the photos or videos youâ ll see the house looks complete now. HOUSE: We had a new roof, new floors, new windows, added skylights and a bay window, reconfigured the kitchen totally (which was Milesâ vision and we love it now - much more functional than before the remodel). Both bathrooms remodeled, whilst managing to keep our original bathtub. All the work is to a high standard especially the tiling in the bathrooms which looks amazing. GARDEN: Replacement of failing retaining walls (enormous project), addition of decking, stucco clad planting beds, two pergolas, and a recirculating â streamâ . Also new irrigation piping added. The team would have planted for me too, but I wanted to do that myself. This work was to a high standard. It really looks amazing. EXTRAS: We had a Modern Shed added to the backyard but that contractor let us down badly so Miles and his team worked a weekend and some extra days to finish the interior (drywall, electrical) and paint it for us. Over and above, and much appreciated. SUMMARY: We would use Accurate Home Remodeling again, and have been happy to recommend their work to a neighbor. I think this is the true test of workmanship - would you do further projects together? The answer in this case is yes. Thanks to Miles and our inside and outside crews for all their hard work."
