"I've had the crew out several times and although some people on the crew change, they are always courteous, fast, organized and very pleasant to have around. They do a great job and take great care not to cause any damage. They'll ask permission to use the sink and always take off their shoes. They always take special care on the window in front of my sink -- knowing I want that one especially clean.   <br /> I think the price is great for what they do.  They come out several times over the course of the contract and you don't need to be home if they are doing outside only.  My only complaint is that sometimes they are early, but I specifically asked them not to be early today and they were on time.   <br /> Today it was cold and snow was on the ground, but they still found a way to clean the higher windows from the inside. "Three days ago, I found water all over the floor around the furnace and hot water heater in my basement.  My realtor recommended A to Z and so I called them (turns out that she knew of the company when Paul owned it).  I spoke with Anthony on the phone and was treated with respect and courtesy (as I woman, I appreciate someone who doesn't talk down to me, especially since it is clear I don't know about HVAC!).  He reminded me to turn off the A/C and the water to the water heater.  I had already done this but I am glad that he took the time to give me advice that could prevent any more leaks, water, or problems.  He scheduled a time with me to come out on Sunday with no additional cost.  On Sunday, Derek & Anthony arrived punctually and almost immediately diagnosed the problem - a dirty and cracked condensation pump.  Unfortunately, they had just installed their last one and told me that they could come back Monday with the part.  Monday they came back and quickly installed the pump.  In addition to the quick diagnosis on Sunday, they also looked over the whole furnace and A/C and let me know some things to look out for (i.e. different air filters and where there was some rust on my heating unit). <br /> <br /> It was such a reaffirming experience to work with these guys who were very punctual and professional, and to see that there are companies out there doing good work, at reasonable prices, and with great customer service. <br /> <br /> Will definitely be calling them this fall to clean my furnace! :)"
