"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"I dealt with Ken from beginning to end. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled! Our new front and back doors are gorgeous, well made, and installed with perfection. Our back door jamb was not plumb and Ken spent time and energy to ensure that our door was installed properly. I appreciate the quality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend using them."

"M&E ruined our brand new and very expensive deck because of the inferior product they recommended as a "stain". Within months the product began bubbling, cracking, and peeling. And the stain job was never right from day one...M&E and their workers seemed puzzled by how many coats it took to complete the job, which took longer than expected, and still there remained some areas that were unevenly stained. And, no prep work whatsoever (sanding etc.) was done. Then the cracking began, and now the stain even brushes off with the simple sweep of a broom. It is clear that the wood was not stained, but more like painted. We located a detailed evaluation of this product which concluded "Benjamin Moore’s Arborcoat is prone to peeling in cold weather states...and did not perform well on a newly built deck". It was also stated that within months "the Arborcoat had peeled significantly on the brand-new pine deck. Patches of the finish had peeled off the wood in strips. You could peel back large sections of stain with your fingers. The product did not seem to have penetrated into the wood at all." M&E initially responded by coming back on two separate occasions to paint over the areas that had peeled away, which was completely ineffective and did nothing to prevent future deterioration. M&E offered to come out a third time, which we initially declined. As matters continued to worsen, we contacted M&E once more, upon which they responded "You left this issue to get worse and not be addressed when we were willing to address it, and due to this, that issue is now between you and the manufacturer". M&E, I'm sure if you had come out a third time, our problems would be magically solved? So I guess it's our fault now. We trusted M&E to recommend the right product for the job, based on their experience, but they failed, and now we will have to pay another company thousands more $$ to refinish the deck using a suitable stain, since M&E has not offered to do so. Or, maybe I should be thanking M&E for going beyond the call of duty to come up and paint over a few cracked spots, since they do not warranty decks. Lesson learned and buyer beware! "Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Received multiple quotes prior to choosing Elite Painting. Cody was extremely reasonable on cost. His crew was professional but at the same time very talented in what they did. I absolutely would hire again or recommend to anyone looking for a painter."

"My family and I hired Little Guys Movers for a move from Fort Collins to Windsor at the end of May 2021. We got 4 bids total for the move and picked Little Guys because they seemed professional, kind and that they would take care of our personal items. I also liked how they bid in that it was by item moved, not by number of rooms or some other loose bid that you have no idea where they got their price from. They called to confirm the appointment, called 20 minutes prior to showing up and were very quick and courteous. The reason for the low rating was that when I went into the garage to check on their progress, I noticed the antique dresser we had in there was severely damaged. When I approached one of the movers and asked what happened, he said they hadn’t touched the dresser yet. When I went to show my wife, which the dresser was from her side of the family, she was furious and approached the mover again and got him to confess that they did in fact try to move the dresser and dropped it. Since it was damaged beyond anything we would want to repair, and Little Guys charges per item, we decided to donate the dresser to our neighbor’s son. Once we got moved in, we reached out to Little Guys and asked to file a claim for the item. After about a week, a gentleman called me and said they would like to try and have the dresser fixed. I told him we donated it to our neighbor and that we would be willing to negotiate a settlement with them. I called back several times, leaving a message each time asking them to accept our offer. Finally another guy, JD I believe, called me and tried to argue that the dresser was damaged prior to the movers trying to load it onto the truck. We went back and forth and finally he asked why did we donate it if it was so important to my wife and her family? I told him it was beyond repair and would never be the same and didn’t want to pay $50+ to move it to the new house. So, he also said if anything they would have liked to try and repair it first. I finally gave in, said ok, I’ll call our neighbor and let them know you will be by to pick it up to repair and bring it to the new house when done. He then refused to do that saying he didn’t believe his guys were the ones that damaged it. He then offered to split the cost of repairing it and I refused. The call ended with him refusing to take the blame for the damage and yelling at me. Once I got off the phone and spoke to my wife about the call, she said she actually had photos of the dresser from a few weeks prior because she was looking into cost to restore it. In the pictures it shows the dresser completely intact with no damage. I sent an email to Little Guys with those pictures attached as proof and never got a response. My wife then called them 5 times leaving messages each time and never got a response. It looks like we will be going to small claims court to resolve this."

"The main reason for calling them was two jobs involving some height and difficult access -- reattaching a roof fascia that was coming off and creating a new interior window frame for a new skylight (turned out that the roofers who installed skylights did not do anything interior!). Both of these went quickly and well. As did a small job installing a valve in a shower line. However there were problems with the next item on the list (we felt we were committed to paying for an entire afternoon.) This was installing a new light fixture -- something we generally do ourselves if the location is accessible. Turned out the guy who came is afraid of electricity because he recently experienced a bad shock. Initially he wanted to turn off all the electricity in the house. Although we talked him out of that and worked with him to find the circuit breaker that turned off the appropriate circuit, it was in a dark hallway and we did not closely supervise the work. And he was in a hurry because they had told him he had to go on to pick up doors for another job the next day. Although he had been very careful to check every step of the way on every other job, he did not on this last one. And afterwards we found that this unusual fixture (two light track arms extending from a base) had been installed improperly so the arms could not be unfolded and extended. We had to take it down and reinstall it ourselves. We requested a small reduction in the charge, half of the time attributable to this job because we felt responsibility for the problem was shared, and that request was granted."
