"I dealt with Ken from beginning to end. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled! Our new front and back doors are gorgeous, well made, and installed with perfection. Our back door jamb was not plumb and Ken spent time and energy to ensure that our door was installed properly. I appreciate the quality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend using them."

"Original bid was $850. Somehow it ended up costing $1200. I'd rather know the price up front than be lied to. Every trip he made to the house there was a new issue that increased price. I have since spoken to a couple of installers who assured me that the items he charged me extra for should have been included at no charge and he should have known to look for them when he did the original bid. Like how thick was the existing door and the replacement door? Charging extra to replace trim that you removed? I wouldn't use him again. Which is sad. I would have paid the higher price if that's what he had quoted to begin with, but to nickel and dime at every turn seems shady and I don't want to business with that kind of businessman. The house was under contract and he knew that I had to get the job done, which he gladly took advantage of, running up the price. Don't take advantage of people. It isn't nice. Like I said, I needed the job completed, the issue wasn't the price, I would have paid the $1200, the issue was the way that the man does business. If this is the way that Wayne treated me, I shudder to think of how he would take advantage of someone else who would be easy to take advantage of, say and elderly person or someone else who was rushed. It's better to be up front and honest. The job took longer than anticipated but not excessively. I've noticed that any home improvement job seems to take longer than scheduled."

"The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."

"Lance and Caleb came to my dad's house after first calling to let me know they were on the way. They arrived a little early and that was terrific. The were careful and efficient. They had everything loaded up quickly and even helped me to move a dresser that was staying but needed to be shifted to a different wall in a room. They were friendly and polite and great to work with. They delivered everything as promised for a really reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and will use them again for anything I need moved. Service doesn't get better than this. These folks are amazing."

"Ike has done several projects for us. He removed a large wrap around second story deck on a mountain home and put up a new cedar one, which included custom railings, stairs and application of the stain. In that same home, he laid flooring in 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both the deck and flooring are still in great shape, years later. Recently, he assisted in re-landscaping our new yard. He laid down barrier around existing plants and then moved 24 tons of river rock to put down over the barrier. He also took down a barbed wire fence & posts and replaced it with a new 252' vinyl fence and gate. This installation required that post holes be dug, concrete poured and posts installed in 8' sections. His measurements were completely accurate. We were very pleased with how the project turned out. Ike is reliable, on time and committed to his projects. I highly recommend him for home repairs, projects and remodels. His prices are very fair."

"Chad called back right away and was willing to come over and give an estimate immediately. He called despite a life-threating familiy emergency to reschedule, and got the job done under budget and in a very short amount of time; working around my clients' schedules. He did a fantastic job framing in the air conditioner to match the building, and worked very quickly and efficiently around the usual quirks of an old builidng. He's an excellent troobleshooter. I especially appreciated that he took on my job, as the half dozen or so other people I called weren't interested in a project this small. Plus he came in about $30 under his estimate."

"Our deck was in bad need of repair and restaining after about 3 summers of brutal Western sun. Glen tightened all of the boards, repaired areas that were scratched and worn, sanded, and restained everything. We could not be more pleased with his performance. Our deck looks like new again. This is the second time we have used Glen for projects, and will definitely use him again. He cares about the quality of work he does, and does it at a fair and reasonable price. I definitely recommend him!"

"We originally consulted Jim from a different state, as the property we owned and wanted fixed up wasn't in Colorado. He went to see the tenant we had living in the property and was described as punctual, polite, and professional. We had at least another highly rated Angie's List company come out to give an estimate, and his was 1/3 (yes, you read that right, one third) the price of the competition for the same product. We immediately made the decision to hire Jim, and were able to set up everything from afar - the timing, the price, the specifics of the countertop, and the backsplash. He was very easy to get in contact with and came right on time after we showed up in Colorado. He worked tirelessly for two days and got the countertops up in the kitchen and bathroom (he built them ON SITE - which to me is very impressive), and then started on the backsplash. He got the bathroom backsplash placed without grout (this one was far smaller than the kitchen) and then started to work on the backsplash in the kitchen when the line froze on the tile cutter. He immediately came in and told us, and stated he would be back in three days to finish. We were honestly somewhat skeptical, however he left some very expensive tools at our house as collateral to assure us. He came back promptly three days later (including driving quite a distance through a snow piled road that included two wrecks and lots of traffic) and finished promptly on time before we had to leave town. The finished product looked amazing - so much so that our realtor listed the property 5% higher than she thought she would be able to. We were thrilled to work with Jim and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the future! <br />"
