"Robert Coleman was a joy to work with, I cant say enough good things about him & the company.There  AMAZING!!!!!!!!  , I have tried to get the pet stains out my self with no luck, I've even had carpet company's come clean my carpets with no luck. I called Color Your Carpet and I set up a appointment  they came out right away, I cant begin to tell you how happy i'm to have my carpets looking like there brand new again, My house is 18 years old and looks like I bought brand new carpet & the pet stains & smell are long gone. I love to entertain & my friends all think I installed brand new carpet. I wish I would have found them years ago all my problems would have been solved. I have told all my friends & family & coworkers. Im so pleased with Robert he was so professional and knowledgeable.

Majors did an excellent job. While their installation cost was slightly higher than another company, they were able to get the exact flooring we wanted. The price difference was perhaps ten cents/sq ft more--not a significant difference considering the items included in their price vs those not included in the second company's bid. The cost for the flooring was significantly less than a third company I had contacted--turns out Majors supplies the third company. In addition the third company wanted to charge $3/sq ft for the underlayment which can be purchased for about fifty cents/sq ft!  

Majors'  representative, installers and billing clerk were easy to work with, answered all our questions, came back to take care of a minor seam problem, no questions asked. And unlike many flooring companies I checked with, did not require an upfront deposit! They also did not charge a travel fee even though we live on the outskirts of Lexington and they were coming from Danville.

"I had previously contracted with one of the big box companies to replace a hot water heater that had quit working in one of our rentals.  They failed to show up.  I canceled that contract and called Landon.  Because the person living in the apartment had no hot water, Landon said he  would make time to complete the job that day as he considered the situation an emergency.  We were very grateful for his caring nature.  Landon brought the new hot water heater and he and a helper installed the until that afternoon.  The space for removing the old unit was very tight.  The trim and dry wall had to be torn down in another apartment during a previous install.  We told Landon we understood that they would probably need to do the tear down and then repair the damage in this one as well.  Landon and his helper worked and struggled until they got the unit out with no damage.  There was hot water flowing when the tenant returned that evening.  That is about as good as it gets!"
