I’m not a DIY person, so hearing his explanations helped me understand his proposal. -- The job consisted of repainting kitchen and family room in the same colors which I really liked but were old and needed freshening. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. "Roof and gutters are great. There was a misunderstanding on the fascia from what I asked for and what was replaced. Contract was not worded in clear enough (not itemized/quantified) on that line item, so I didn't realize that what the sales guy heard was different than what I was asking for. Ultimately a mistake on both sides that I didn't catch until much too late (also lowest cost portion of job). Overall the crew did a great job and cleaned up the jobsite, roof was finished in one day. Gutters turned out great, they sent another crew a few days later that was in and out in a half hour."
