"ZB, from L&Z Enterprises was our pro. The job was attaching a new bed frame to a headboard. The hardware that came with the headboard was not adequate, so our pro fabricated a bracket that would work. We are very satisfied and will not hesitate to call on him in the future, highly recommend. "

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"Pete Duda great job. He removed a large wood stove and large platform of brick it was sitting on. He installed an electric fireplace insert. He was very considerate in covering furniture and cleaning up all debris. I am enjoying my new fireplace. I highly recommend Pete . He is a professional and a true craftsman."

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

"This company took a deposit from me on a new roof June 24, 2021. Magnum Gutters and Roofing then did not come to install my roof until December 28, 2021, and their excuse was the skylight sizes for my home were "custom sized" and that COVID delayed the order of these skylights. They did not attempt to install the roof until my grandfather voiced his concerns of me being scammed by what was to us a reputable company. (Which they requested removed if they came immediately. I should have known then something was wrong given I was told the delay was due to a custom delivery not arriving yet. I accepted their excuse as out of their control to then receive 4 skylights that are not custom fitted whatsoever. To top this off, Magnum Gutters & Roofing COMPLETELY shingled over the entry skylight as shown in the photos below, truly is still MIND BOGGLING to me. I had to contact Magnum via email to make them aware that my entry way shingles were not only clearly sagging, but were ON TOP OF A SKYLIGHT. I paid this company $14,494.20 without dispute even after ALL OF THIS for an entirely new roof, and to top this scam of a client experience off, AFTER I hired them on February 22, 2021 prior and was charged $3,100.00 to patch what I was told AT THAT TIME was an issue with the flashing around my main Chimney. That fix did absolutely nothing upon the first sign of rain, they THEN advised me to replace the roof which I agreed to. I now have 2 LEAKS in my roof that have severally damaged my home and ceilings. My responses from Malcolm White have been nothing but utterly evasive and unprofessional given the leniency I gave his company. Malcolm was referred to me by a close friend whom I trusted and I looked through their reviews as seen here with TRUST. I have been told by Malcom White directly for the past 2 years that this is a chimney issue and has nothing to do with them, leading me to have to get 2 separate written inspection reports by different companies that have BOTH disputed this and advised me to report this company to not only the licensing board, but to take legal action against them. I have asked time and time again for them to fix this, they have not in fact Malcom requested the last time I tried to communicate with this fraudulent company that I pay him an ADDITIONAL $2,400.00 to fix and replace chimney caps. Well interesting because both of the written inspection reports I have now explicitly outline that this leaking (Which has intensified incredibly since coming into contact with this company) is due to poor flashing. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY for every 10 great roofs I am sure they have done and are reviewed here there are SEVERAL people like myself they have done this to. I spent a large portion of my remodel budget on this roof simply wanting what was at the time a minor leak to cease. I was in better shape with the roof I had before ever coming into contact with Magnum Gutters & Roofing."

"I have used Don Williams’ before. Their painting work on interior walls was fine, so I hired them for a third time to paint my kitchen cabinets. He came to my home and gave me an estimate via email with no issues. When he arrived to do the work my husband and I elected to remain out of the way of Don and his sons so they could do their work. When they left for the day, we noticed some of the cabinets had been shut and had dried. When we opened them, paint was pulled off, leaving holes in the paint and exposing the brown wood underneath. I alerted Don, and he simply replied “We will check that, thanks.” I also informed him that there were a number of paint drips on the upper cabinets. He responded, “We are checking that as we go around.” Don did not take the cabinet doors off their hinges to do their work. Leaving the cabinet doors in a vertical position to paint them will inevitably lead to drips and overall shoddy workmanship. Three days later, when the cabinets had totally dried, my husband and I took note of several dings in the paint, drips, and uneven brush strokes and paint tone. There was even paint on my floor, my oven, and my granite countertop. I sent photos to Don, and he responded with an apology and an assurance to come and fix the issues. I put sticky notes on all of the issues on the cabinets in hopes he would correct each of them. My cabinets and drawers were COVERED in sticky notes. Unfortunately, the work he did was poor again—there were even some areas that were worse than before. When I sent him more pictures, he responded with a profuse apology, admitting he should have checked his sons’ work closer and promising to come back and fix it. I told him I want to be there for his return so I could point out every spot I wanted fixed. He offered up days during my child’s spring break that he wanted to come back—all of which I am unavailable. Furthermore, I work full time so I need a lead time to deconflict from my work schedule. When I gave him two additional dates, he responded hours later, telling me he could not work those dates. At this point, I had tried to call him 3 times and had left voicemails. He did nit answer any of my calls, responding with text messages. I told him my preference was to speak via voice rather than text—he responded that he was in a public place and would call me later. I told him I was unavailable later. At this point, much of my time had been wasted trying to get in touch with him and cleaning up the mess made in my house from sanded paint particles and drips. Bear in mind, I had not been able to use my kitchen for about four days, resulting in costs for eating out. I therefore requested a refund—and only a partial one at that, which he did provide expeditiously. Bottom line, I am now out over 1000.00, and have kitchen cabinets and countertops messed up that I will have to have completely redone. Don is a nice man and I think he means well, but his work this time around was sub-par."
