"I called A&M Plumbing when I walked outside to find my yard flooded with toilet paper. The receptionist was very polite and listened to my problem carefully. She very quickly setup an account for me and dispatched two very experienced plumbers to my home. Dylan and Lucas arrived at my house about 5 minutes after making the call, not exaggerating. A metal cap had been driven over and somehow pushed down into my main sewer line cleanout pipe, causing a major sewer blockage. Within 1 hour Dylan and Lucas found the cap, dug up my pipe, and replaced it with all new PVC. They were very fast and professional. I would recommend these guys for any plumbing work. I will be calling them back in the near future for another problem I have with a washing machine drain. The price was about half of what I expected it to be. I am very satisfied!"

"Could not ask for friendlier service techs! Due to my work was just completed yesterday, I would say as of right now, my water ð ¦ leak that was wasting 10 gallons of precious water every hour is fixed. It seems the biggest complaint on this company is the cost. It is very expensive. James did give a cost before the service. I will be honest and say this, as fast as the leak was found â located within 3 shovels of dirtâ No water had to be pumped. Too much mud, the pump would not work. I was expecting the price to be lowered. However it was not. I say this! My wasting water is fixed. ( hopefully) my mind is clear and I slept very good. If I or other customers are intentionally deceived in pricing, it will truly come back on the company. It always does. Sometimes a slow burn ð ¥ other times poof! Up in smoke. He called the city sewer hotline, explained what he had done and told them he thought they should come out. The man did come within hours. He was able to break the clog. All fixed. Mike then fixed the cap and put a concrete donut around it to prevent future clogs. Excellent customer service."

"For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."
