"Could not ask for friendlier service techs! Due to my work was just completed yesterday, I would say as of right now, my water ð ¦ leak that was wasting 10 gallons of precious water every hour is fixed. It seems the biggest complaint on this company is the cost. It is very expensive. James did give a cost before the service. I will be honest and say this, as fast as the leak was found â located within 3 shovels of dirtâ No water had to be pumped. Too much mud, the pump would not work. I was expecting the price to be lowered. However it was not. I say this! My wasting water is fixed. ( hopefully) my mind is clear and I slept very good. If I or other customers are intentionally deceived in pricing, it will truly come back on the company. It always does. Sometimes a slow burn ð ¥ other times poof! Up in smoke. He called the city sewer hotline, explained what he had done and told them he thought they should come out. The man did come within hours. He was able to break the clog. All fixed.
