He did such an excellent job that I have always remembered him, so was delighted when I found out he and his wife had their own floor store. There are so many flooring stores to choose from in Austin but I wanted to use one that I knew would still be in business for a long time and would give good service. They have a fantastic selection (too much in fact making choices hard). Miranda was so helpful. When I explained how stressful having my house torn up was she said she would do what she could to speed up the installation which I appreciated. Within a few days she called to say they could get right to it. The crew they sent was professional, polite, and oh so nice. They worked so hard and fast and did an excellent job with everything. "We had just moved into a new house and the trees growing through our back deck had out grown the holes cut for them. Then, our puppy immediately chewed a hole in our deck which also had to be repaired asap as it was a tripping hazard. We called Terra Firma Decking and they had someone available to fix it all within a day for a great price! They replaced the board with a hole in it and it is perfectly flush with the boards around it. Even better, they came and pulled up each board around the trees ad cut them perfectly without damaging the trees or the supports underneath. They were professional and flexible with their schedule to meet our needs. Highly recommend!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
