"We were in the stage of purchase where we delivered a sink to site (11th June) so they could make the correct cuts for a quartz countertop install. The sink was inspected on site by Amy while I was there (my wife and I had inspected it prior to delivering it as well), a 70% payment made for the countertop, and a date for install was set 13 days later. On the day of installation my wife received a call saying the sink had broken and asked what we would like to do. She stated she would call them back after speaking with me. Before we had the chance to call back we received a text message saying they were working on a solution for the sink and to stand by. They then sent an image and link to a sink of similar design and color. We clarified that it was the same color and undermount and then said that we it was fine and we appreciated them finding a solution. The countertop was installed after some unclear back and forth.We were told either around or after the expected arrival time that we would not be able to have it installed that day because they were too far behind schedule. Later that evening (after 6 if I'm not mistaken) the crew showed up to install. They did a fine job. We received an invoice for the remaining 30% of the countertops and surprisingly, also the cost of the replacement sink. Which would mean that we paid for our own sink that they broke AND the replacement sink that they delivered. A text said that we should work on getting a refund for our original sink...the issue being that the sink does not have proper grounds for a refund because it was not broken upon arrival. We paid the remaining amount for the countertops which is what we had originally agreed to. We are now getting phone calls, texts, and emails from Michelle saying it was not inspected that day (11th June) despite me checking the sink and watching Amy inspect it on site. Austin Granite Direct had the sink in their possession for 13 more days prior to being told it became broken. It remained in their possession because the fabricators needed to have the sink for the cuts. Despite paying the best part of $6k to Austin Granite Direct (everything we originally agreed to) they want more money from me to pay for a sink they broke. Michelle also wants to add late fees for the sink. We were pleasant and patient when we were told that the sink had become broken, and again when we were told that installation couldn't happen that day, and again when the installation crew unexpectedly arrived into our evening. I can't help but feel that this is a bit of a scam to get more money from us since we didn't originally purchase a sink from them."

"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They like to bully, intimidate, and retaliate against a customer that brings up concerns on work that is being done at your house. They will greet you with smiles laugh and joke, but once they hook you with the deposit, you are in for an adventure of your lifetime. This company has threatened to sue me if I posted a bad review. They also stated they have my wife on video being a racist to his employees. Please read BBB review, Angie list reviews and do your own research. Do not let the 250 five star reviews fool you. The reveiws fooled me and I was treated in a manner that has lead me to submit a complaint to the Texas Civil Rights attorneys and American Disability Attorneys. Donny, please tell the readers who “ YOU PEOPLE” are? Is it the mental health people? Is it the Veterans and Disabled Veterans? Is it the minority people? Or is it the women? As a Disabled Veteran, I take offense to those comments due to my disability. These words are covert racism and of course the owner Donald Leach was going to accuse my wife of being racist and being hostile in OUR home. My wife was addressing some concerns we had about the cabinet install. Those concerns were not being addressed and the Cabinet installer Ty was not allowing my wife to speak about the concerns. When this happend, my wife got frustrated, my wife raised her voice and yes, my wife did say “That wall looks f***** up” since that seemed to get Mr. Ty attention and quickly get Donny on the phone. My wife is a retired combat veteran, the voices will increase in volume, the tone will change, and the situation will get awkward. Yes, the military voice came out. Understanding why my wife was so upset about the installation was because she was not being heard and was never allowed to speak. Donald Leach was not allowing my wife’s voice to be heard in OUR own home. You calling me and verbally abusing my wife while I am on the phone in conference is very hostile on your part. You made sure to call me back and tell me you would sue me if I posted a bad review of your company. Intimidation, bullying and belittling is a hostile phone call that you did on your part. Discrimination covers protected bases such as Disability, race, color s** (gender identity). As a Disabled Veteran In America, my wife and I face backlash from people who do not believe that mental health is a disability. This is why people call us names such as pathetic, disgusting, we need help, we are crazy, we are coming unhinged. These words have been used by people who are not educated with mental health disability. I suffered a TBI in December 2005 while patrolling in Iraq, my wife serves as my care giver to better understand information that someone else is providing. My wife is asking questions so I can better understand the information and the process. This is my disability, and I will have to live with this all my life. PTSD is also a disability Donny, you have discredited mental health, you have harassed my wife in OUR home, you have belittled me, and you have belittled my wife’s race. You also stated my wife was using the black race card just like every other black person in America, what does that mean? CONSUMERS: please do your own research, when you read the bad reviews, you will see this is how they treat customers. "I am 100% satisfied with the extremely thorough and detailed cleaning of my entire home that CBF Construction Clean-Up did for me. My remodel included new flooring in the whole house with some floor plugs installed. This necessitated jackhammering into the foundation which created huge amounts of dust that settled into every nook and cranny. Craig removed every speck of dust from all surfaces including windows, window tracks, walls and even my fireplace. He was friendly, professional and courteous from our first phone call through project completion. He takes great pride in his work and is not happy until you are. I think my house is now the cleanest that it will ever be!"
