"This is the second project. I?ve hired Ross home services to help on. This was a bigger project to re-stain, reinforce, replace boards on all my decks and porches at our cabin in Cherrylog, Georgia. Should be noted that a few the decks are 40-50 ft off the ground. Their pricing is competitive but more importantly their team is fantastic. They are fantastic. They are easy to work with, punctual, work hard and have finished each job on time and in budget, just as you would hope. "They failed to remove the deckplates from the old wood which was to hold up my awning. I ordered new ones which he said he would pay for & install when they were received. They left raised nails which I had them come back and fix. I found a big chunk of wood chipped from one of the spindles surrounding the deck. I spoke with him when I receive the deckplates he said he would be out the following week. He called & said he couldn't make it that particular day and that he would be out later in the week. It has been 2 weeks now, no word from him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt before leaving this review. I would not recommend him for anything. For someone who has been doing this for 27 years (HIS WORDS) it was a very shoddy job. Miss Mxxxxxx"
