"This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. He answered any and all questions and worked around weather issues that arouse, etc. For a 1-man crew got the deck done way quicker than expected in just 8 full days. Door also got put in less than a day. The company over all was great and kept up with all communications weather via email or phone and along with follow up dealing with supply issues due to covid overall awesome staff. The crews also had to deal with other projects going on around them such as roof and siding at the same time. Everything went very well and could not be any happier. "I contracted with All Inclusive in early February. Unfortunately the weather was not co-operating. It was either too cold or always raining. But Ferlando kept me in the loop on when he would be able to start on my project, which was extensive to say the least. But once the weather got decent and they started on the project they had it finished faster than I would have thought possible and better than I'd ever imagined. My house looks brand new and I have to say this was probably the best money I've spent on this place. And it was more than reasonably priced. Their estimate to do the work was SUBSTANTIALLY below the other estimates I'd gotten and the work was superb. They even repaired things I wasn't expecting. "Greg was very informative and had pictures of the products available to replace my old roof. He matched the shingles to a more recent shed that was built which was great. "I purchased the deal Jan 2017 and contacted them in Feb. I communicated with them by text so I had written information. We made arrangements for them to come on a certain date. The day before I texted just to confirm that they would be at my house the next day. They were in Nevada and it would take them 36 hours to come to my house. They said we did not agree upon a date and I said go back and look at the text we agreed on. I then said I did not want them to paint my house after driving 36 hours so I rescheduled another starting date. They did show up and painted for 30 hours. The deal was 40 hours of work for a certain $ amount. I did not have another room prepared to be painted but they said I could get another room ready and contact them and they would come back. I waited a couple of weeks so I could get the painted rooms back together then I contacted them about coming. I ask them to give me a date and I would have the room ready. I waited and waited for a reply. I contacted them again and no answer. Finally I told them I had been waiting on them to pick a date that would be convenient for them and in over 6 weeks I had never heard from them so I set a date for them to come. I ask them to be at my house at 8:00 on a certain date. Again the day before I contacted them and they said they could not be at my house on that date. Even though I had given them every opportunity to set a date they did not, then said they could not do it on the date that I finally set, and they had not contacted me to confirm the date. I had to contact them again. So I had no choice but to wait two more days because they said they could not come, I said that if they were not here on that date then I would contact Angie's List to report the incident. They did show up and finished. They said they had worked one hour over the remaining 10 hours that I had paid for. I said send me a bill and I will pay it. The quality of the work was good but the hassle to get them to show up, confirm they were coming and delay coming two times I am sure I could have found other painters who would have been just as good and not have had the hassle. In all of the conversations, they live in Nevada but have an office in Atlanta. They work both places. I don't know if they work through Angie's List in Nevada or not. It is two Hispanic brothers who say they used to work for a company but have now gone out on their own. They may be good at painting but businessmen they have a lot to learn."
