Last week on 2/21/25, he canceled the install for the 5th time, claiming that the parts weren't in yet. I asked for my deposit back and he told me that he would gladly return my money. I have worked with this company for years. The person they sent out was always pleasant and professional. BUT now they were beyond rude. And I still don’t have a working stove!"
