I explained that the person I'd spoken with told me less than $100.00, he called someone, presumably the person that gave me the quote and then said he'd drop the bill to $185.00? They had to come back the next day to finish up. They did a fantastic job with everything and didnâ t have any problem when my wife wanted a few more fixtures installed. I asked him to check the coolant level and he said it was fine. 3 days later I had them back because although running it was not cooling. The new guy discovered that it was almost empty of refrigerant. He tightened a valve which he suspected of leaking. I am still not sure how we got from completely fine to empty. The second and I think more senior tech took the time to check out the entire system. They were quick to respond and eventually fixed it. Thought price was high at almost $1,000 for both visits.They were professional and communicative."
