After submitting a claim to our insurance carrier (Farmers), Brent proceeded to return for a second inspection to ensure all evidence of damage was gathered to submit the best possible report to our carrier for approval. The claim was approved instantly and the job was scheduled 2-3 weeks out. During scheduling and as indicated in advance, the crew would be onsite and working by 7AM, to which they showed up at 6:40, prepped all job site details, and started work at 7AM precisely. Throughout the job the crew was very professional and worked extremely hard from 7AM until the job was finished at approximately 2PM, including cleanup. They did an excellent job at maintaining a clean debris free environment throughout the job and cleanup at the end made it look like a roofing crew wasn't even on-site that day. All shingles and debris were cleaned up within the yard and flower beds and they proceeded to use a magnetic roller to clean-up any miscellaneous metal and nails from the grass and yard. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of the crew and the outcome of the entire process that we wanted to share our review in the event that it helps someone else decide between Buckeye State Roofing vs. a competitor. From start to finish their sale person and project managers were in constant contact ensuring we were satisfied with the product during and after the installation. The product looked amazing and they did an awesome job going around and cleaning up. Our sister’s metal roof was painted ensuring a number of years of use without problems. Our gutters were cleaned and most important out siding was replaced that was damaged by a tree a number of years ago. We had sought out other service providers to repair the siding, but no one ever followed up. Most house siding is 4” but ours is 4 ½”, harder to find. Travis and his wife made calls and search to find siding that would work on our house. While it took a little time, they did not give up. After a number of years of tattered siding, thanks to their efforts, our house siding is renewed."
