When service issues arose, the experience was far below what we expected from a company handling a project of this scope. Our range broke immediately and was unusable for weeks. We also had a separate dishwasher issue that required months of follow-up before ultimately failing and needing faulty parts replaced. Communication throughout the process was slow, inconsistent, and often required repeated effort from us just to receive basic updates. Although repairs were eventually completed and a partial credit was issued, Nonn?s declined to provide any further accommodation despite the prolonged disruption and clear service breakdowns.
