"My thermostat froze and would not turn on my heater just as the weather turned cold at night. I called Barlow and begged them to send someone out as soon as possible. When I explained that we have a 74 year old (myself) and two young grandchildren plus their parents living with me. They made me a priority because of the ages of the people living here. They sent out a technician named SPENCER. He went out of his way to replace my thermostat. He was totally professional and more than helpful.
