They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. "We were informally quoted just under $1,200 to replace some rotten wood on the outside of our home. We were told it would be done in 1 day. One worker showed up and after 2 days, our job was not completed. A hole was also left in an area that was to be worked on next. They wanted to charge us more for his hours to compete the work. The worker asked for payment at the end of day 2. I asked for an invoice but he couldn?t produce an official one so I took a screenshot of his iPad that just had parts and labor listed. The ?invoice? was $600 more than quoted due to the extra time it took the one worker. We called and spoke to Craig to have the worker come back. He said he?d have him come out Friday at no extra charge. Friday came and went and no worker showed. We called again and Craig said he?ll have the local boss call us, but he never did.  We emailed Mr Handyman through their homepage 2 days ago and haven?t heard back either. "
